I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Palermo that exceeded my expectations. the staff were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. They even offered a complimentary airport transfer when we arrived late at night with no transportation options available. This level of service truly made our stay hassle-free.
There wasn't a single flaw during my stay. Everything went smoothly.
